Book Review: The Embroiderer’s Handbook
The Embroiderer’s Handbook by Margie Bauer.
The Illustrations and written instructions are both clear and concise. Each stitch has a separate page, some with small picture of stitch used in a project. There are no projects included but this book is good for intermediate stitchers who have the confidence to expand their stitching knowledge.

Repairs
It’s not always fun and stitching games here.
After trying to purchase moose slippers for hubs, googled sinew thread sure enough on aisle 46 at Michaels. While there I also purchased a waxed cord which, I think looked much more appropriate. Repair on the left below. I could purchase another new pair if I lived in Canada.
Shopping
Went to Michael’s to obtain stitch markers for Coat of many colors. I want to get a start before winter.
